Tips about payment and rules.

① The minimum length of stay is one week.
       *In our hotel apartments, you can stay starting from one day.

② The cleaning fee and membership fee are included only in the first payment.
       *The campaign offers are not included.

③ Of course, you can stay for more than one month.
　Still you cannot pay at once for the whole period of stay.
　We accept only monthly payments.

④ No refund is possible once you paid for the stay.
Still, if you cancel the reservation before making the payment,
you will not be charged a cancellation fee.
